Troubleshooting & FAQs

Getting Started

Before you start your Live Classroom session, please ensure that you are using the following:
- a fairly modern web / mobile browser that is preferably not older than 7 years old.
- a device (laptop / PC / smartphone) that is preferably not older than 7 years old.
- a fairly stable Internet connection.
- microphone and speaker (on your device) that functions well.

Older devices and browsers, and an unreliable Internet connectivity might still do the job, but you might experience the occasional deterioration in quality.

I can't join the live session with the microphone, or can't share my camera :

- Verify that the browser has been granted permission to use the microphone or camera. If not, you must grant permission and re-join the audio or share the camera.
- If that doesn't work, try switching to a different browser.
- If that still doesn't solve your issue, restart your device and try again.
- If none of the above solutions work, email us at eilmou.com@gmail.com. Remember to include the error code information and screenshots. It will be extremely beneficial to the tech support team in debugging and quickly resolving your issue.

I can't share my screen or application on my device :

- Verify that the browser has been granted permission to share your screen / application. If not, you can try again by granting the browser permission.
- If that doesn't work, try switching to a different browser.
- If that still doesn't solve your issue, restart your device and try again.
- If you're still can't share your screen / application, email us at eilmou.com@gmail.com. Remember to include screenshots. It will be extremely beneficial to the tech support team in debugging and quickly resolving your issue.
