The MAHB Host Culture

This on-boarding course introduces the Host Culture to MAHB staff. Learners will be introduced to the Operational Excellence & Guest Experience (OEGX) unit and its airports' environment, as well as the interaction points with guests, and the behaviours & expectations that are required of OEGX staff.
